How can I place an order?
Select your desired product, choose the correct size, color or model, add it to the cart, fill in your delivery details, select a payment method, and confirm your order.
After completing your purchase, you will automatically receive an email confirmation, invoice, and order summary.
What products do you offer?
We offer a wide range of fashion and lifestyle products, including women’s underwear, bras, panties, lingerie sets, swimwear, men’s underwear, men’s swimwear, and original CROCS footwear.
Our selection is regularly updated with new models, colors, sizes, and seasonal collections.
Are your products original?
Yes. All products in our store are original and come from official suppliers, authorized distributors, or verified wholesale partners.
We do not sell counterfeit or imitation products. Every item is sourced through trusted and legitimate channels.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa and Mastercard payments through a secure payment gateway, including Apple Pay and Google Pay, where available.
You will receive your invoice by email after completing your purchase.
All payments are processed in accordance with applicable Dutch and EU legislation.
Is shopping on your website secure?
Yes. Our website uses encrypted HTTPS connections and secure payment processing.

Where do you deliver?
We currently deliver to Germany, Austria, Belgium, Italy, France, and the Czech Republic.
The Czech Republic is our newest market, which we have recently opened for customers.
Orders are currently shipped from our warehouse in the Netherlands. We are also planning to open our first warehouse in the Czech Republic before the beginning of the winter and Christmas season, possibly already by the end of summer.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs €4.99.
We offer free shipping on all orders over €49.
The final shipping cost is always displayed at checkout before you complete your order.
How long does delivery take?
Estimated delivery time depends on the destination country.
After dispatch, delivery normally takes approximately 3–7 business days within the supported European countries.
Delivery times may vary slightly during busy periods, holidays, or due to courier delays.
When will my order be shipped?
We pack and ship parcels every business day.
Orders are usually processed and dispatched within a maximum of 48 hours after the order is placed, provided that the items are in stock.
During holidays or exceptionally busy days, processing may take slightly longer.
Can I change or cancel my order?
If you contact us before your parcel has been shipped, we can modify or cancel your order free of charge.

Can I return a product?
Yes. As a customer, you have the right to return eligible products within 30 days of receiving your order.
To request a return, please contact us with your order number. We will provide you with return instructions.
Returned items must be unused, undamaged, complete, and in their original packaging with all tags and labels attached.
Can underwear and swimwear be returned?
For hygiene reasons, underwear and swimwear can only be returned if they are unused, unworn, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging with all hygiene seals, tags, and labels intact.
Products that show signs of use, washing, damage, removed hygiene protection, or missing original packaging may not be accepted for return.
Who covers the return shipping cost?
If you would like to return a product, please contact us by email and include your order number.
Our customer support team will provide you with all necessary return instructions.
If the item is defective, damaged, incorrect, or if the issue was caused by our side, we cover the return shipping costs.
Do you offer exchanges for another size?
Yes. If you ordered the wrong size, we will be happy to help you exchange the item for another size, where available.
Please contact us by email, include your order number, and tell us the size you would like to receive instead.
If the product is unused, unworn, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging with all tags, labels, and hygiene protection intact, we cover the return shipping cost for the size exchange.
In this case, we will send you a prepared return label by email. Simply print it, attach it to the parcel, and hand it over at any post office. Once we receive the returned product, we will arrange the exchange for the correct size.
What should I do if I received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item?
Please contact us by email, include your order number, and attach photos of the product and packaging.
If the issue is confirmed to be on our side, we will arrange a replacement, repair, or refund.
All products are covered by the statutory 2-year legal guarantee under European Union law.
