Shipping and Delivery
We currently deliver only within the European Union, specifically to the following countries: Austria, Belgium, Germany, France , Italy, Netherlands and Czech Republic
Delivery options:
- Standard Postal Delivery (economical, non-tracked)
- DHL Courier Delivery (tracked, premium)
- Personal Pickup (available by prior arrangement)
Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout before you complete your order.
We make reasonable efforts to deliver your order within the estimated timeframe. However, delivery times are indicative only and may be affected by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including delays caused by courier companies, incorrect or incomplete delivery information provided by you, customs or transport disruptions, or force majeure events such as strikes, severe weather, or other unforeseen events.
Ownership of the goods passes to you only once full payment has been received.
The risk of loss of or damage to the goods passes to you when the goods are delivered to you or to a third party designated by you to receive them.
If delivery is significantly delayed and we fail to deliver the goods within an additional reasonable period, you may be entitled to cancel the order and receive a refund in accordance with applicable law.
